Policy & Innovative Thinking

The Family Law & Policy Program works to produce a rich appreciation for the changing nature of family, as well as thoughtful and innovative approaches to the challenges facing the modern family. The Program consists of Conversations, annual lectures and periodic Symposia, each of which foster creative policy thinking and advance our scholarly understanding. Whether through an annual lecture by the recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award in Family Law, our Conversations on the Family: Bringing Together the Judiciary, Practicing Bar, and Family Law Scholars, or our Conversations with the Author, the Family Law & Policy Program is the place for developing new insights into the modern family.
